The Mind-Body Experience
Yoga is a mind-body philosophy and physical practice that
began 5000 years ago. Today, the practice includes exercises
designed to strengthen the body and nervous system, thereby
creating a state for a higher level of well-being. Our yoga
focuses on accessibility for all ages, experiences and body
types. Our yoga instructors are certified, registered with the
Yoga Alliance, experienced and insured.

Kansas City Yoga Services:
Because your interest may vary, we offer a variety of private
instruction yoga formats to meet your needs: basic hatha yoga,
bikram yoga, ashtanga yoga, power yoga and tantric yoga.
Private Yoga Instruction $85 per hour
- Package of 5 - 60 min. sessions $325
- Package of 10 - 60 min. sessions $550
- Package of 2 0-60 min. sessions $900
Private Yoga Therapy Instruction
Because we believe that yoga is for everyone, we also offer
one-on-one yoga therapy sessions for those dealing with
injuries and chronic conditions including:
- Stress
- Insomnia
- Hypertension
- Scoliosis and sciatica
- Depression/anxiety
- Chronic back and neck pain
- Chronic headaches/migraines
- More serious illnesses (Cancer, Diabetes, cardiovascular
disease, stroke, peripheral artery disease, MS,
fibromyalgia, athritis, HIV/AIDS)
A private yoga therapy program first begins we a health and
fitness assessment to evaluate your needs, goals and
conditions.
Your yoga therapy session may include (depending on the
client) any one or more of the following:
- Mindful, gentle movement
- Breathing practices for energy and stress relief
- Visualization and relaxation techniques
- Meditative practices
- Nutrition and Ayurvedic remedies
