We invite you to explore a deep level of mind, body and spiritual
connection. Our Kansas City yoga classes are taught by
certified instructors who are registered with the Yoga Alliance.
This ensures that you receive the top instruction in yoga and
meditation techniques in Kansas City.
New to yoga? That's ok! Everyone has a starting point. Life is
about exploring new opportunities. Our classes offer
modifications for every level from beginner to advanced. Join us
today! Beginners are welcome!
Our yoga classes are offered in a warm, inviting environment. We
teach basic to intermediate yoga classes with and emphasis on
breathing and individual adaptation. Classes are non-competitive
and self-paced and led by Darryl Olive, a graduate of a 500 hour
yoga teacher training program, who is registered with the Yoga
Alliance and certifies and trains other yoga teachers. Our yoga
combines a physical, spiritual and therapeutic approach without
being overly strong or dogmatic.
